Two runners. One mission. One Purpose - $12,000 to fundraise for:

  • More scholarships for Young Latino Professionals Leaders 
  • More Safety Advocacy Opportunities for our Communities 
  • More scholarships for women in Technology 


For Juan Carlos, this run is deeply personal. Wendy was his sister, and each mile represents an opportunity to continue the work inspired by the way she lived her life.

Keith Fernandez joins him as a member of the TWMLP Advisory Council and as someone committed to advancing Wendy’s legacy through service, community, and running.

This half marathon is about more than reaching a finish line. It is about turning miles into impact.

Your donation brings Juan Carlos and Keith closer to their combined $12,000 goal and helps TWMLP to grant more opportunities for scholarships, partnerships, and safety initiatives that reflect Wendy’s values and create a lasting impact on our communities.

Wendy believed in the power of education and leadership within the Latino community to do good. As such, TWMLP supports programs and efforts to foster young professionals leaders in Washington, D.C., Florida, and beyond.

Wendy was a vibrant member of her community. The WMLP honors this by supporting community engagement activities and other efforts that reflect a particular focus on running through “Run for Wendy.”
